Peace Life is a daily Reiki, meditation and chakra healing practice for your phone.

Start with the chakra assessment. A short set of questions gives you a reading of where each of your seven chakras sits right now, from Root to Crown. Your results open a seven stage path, one stage for each chakra, so you always know what to practice next.

SEVEN STAGES, SEVEN CHAKRAS

Stage 1, Root, the Physical body. Grounding work for the body, including guided movement, qigong, power posing and a high intensity interval training program. Tuned to 396 Hz.

Stage 2, Sacral, the Emotional body. Feeling, creativity and release. Tuned to 432 Hz.

Stage 3, Solar Plexus, the Mental body. Focus, will and self trust. Tuned to 528 Hz.

Stage 4, Heart, the Astral body. Compassion and connection. Tuned to 639 Hz.

Stage 5, Throat, Sound. Voice, expression and listening. Tuned to 741 Hz.

Stage 6, Third Eye, Illumination. Insight and intuition. Tuned to 852 Hz.

Stage 7, Crown, Enlightened Thought. Stillness and perspective. Tuned to 963 Hz.

HOW THE PATH WORKS

Every stage has its own requirements, so the path opens up as you go rather than all at once. Your progress, your journal entries and the practices you have completed are saved on your device, so you can put the phone down and pick the practice back up tomorrow.

Work through the stages in order from Root to Crown, or return to the chakra assessment whenever you want to see what has shifted.

WHAT IS FREE

The chakra assessment, your results, your profile and the full map of the seven stage path are free to use. The guided programs inside each stage are part of the Peace Life subscription.

Peace Life offers an auto renewing monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

The Physical stage includes high intensity interval training. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury or any other medical concern. Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath.
