Don't waste your storage space. This app can't track I.R. parcels or UMS mail. No matter what ID you put in, it shows nothing. You're better off calling the helpline or just waiting for the postman to show up unannounced. Disappointing.

Both the post office service and the helpline service are very poor. I posted it a month ago, it has been 15 days now and it still hasn't arrived.

Great app by Pak Post thanks and easy to use either new users also. Thanks 😊💯 But the help line staff and workers is bad because I m calling from yesterday and they are cutting my call plus I submitted my parcel on 04-04-2024 and still no parcel is available on destination very bad bad show.
