if I could give negative stars, I would. Not only have I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, like 7 or 8 times over the past year, but I have literally NEVER been able to book a ride through the app. I'm stuck calling, sitting on hold for 2hrs cause it says I need a person, but then I get hung up on before I get that far 😭. I've missed appts due to MARTS negligence, and lack of working systems. After this long they should have fixed SOMETHING!

I'm never able to schedule a ride. I always somehow get blocked from scheduling.

I Don't Understand Why The PT1 Part Of Mart Isn't On The App. It's Just Pay To Ride. I Have To Go On The Website Or Call Mart To Set Up My PT1 Rides Instead Of Being Able To Schedule Through The App.
