Ratings and reviews

Don't rely on this to actually book your rides. The app will put you through the entire process of booking, confirm that it booked your rides, and look like it booked your rides... but it doesn't actually do anything. It won't show up in your future rides, the company won't know you booked, and you'd have no way of knowing for sure unless you call. This has been going on for over 6 months. Just call or book online, instead of the app.

why is this app asking for access to my camera, microphone, storage and media, and phone? I understand maybe location access when the app is opened, possibly if they want to activate a driver location feature, much like the ride share apps. it doesn't help one bit that the Play store is also flagging the app as malware. very sketchy. where are the developers responses? contacting my PCP about this issue.

Where can you cancel a trip in this app? And no # to call and cancel either?
