Very poor app. Doesn't open properly, lab reports are not updated, booking an appointment almost impossible.

Hi, I have downloaded the app but I couldn't register as I tried so many times but the OTP doesn't come. Me and my family had our covid test yesterday. Can you please send me our test reports on my mail ID ?

Your app is good with multiple options but lacks basic things like chnage in appointment time. Please fix these issues.
