This solution allows business experts to guide their customers remotely, in order to solve their technical problems.

BESIDE combines the advantages of videoconferencing, to exchange voice and images between the expert and the client, and those of augmented reality, to show the gestures to be made in the client's real environment.

To use the BESIDE application, it is necessary to fill in certain identification information in order to create an account.
