Caves of Lore is a turn-based, pixel-art, fantasy CRPG that combines elements of environmental exploration and character interaction with tactical, grid-based combat.

6 character capacity party, 65+ spells, 65+ abilities, 65+ traits, 50+ monsters, 40+ NPCs , 30+ quests, and 20+ areas to explore. Hundreds of items and tens of thousands of enchantment combinations make for all manner of powerful items.

best game I've played on mobile in a long time. solo dev, too? wild. if you like turn based DND style rpgs with secrets, exploration, lore to learn, and minmaxing stats and equipment, you'll want to give this one a go. I'd seen it around but slept on it for quite a while because the price is higher than I've paid for a game on my phone, but it's well worth it if you like the genre. Great work dev, I love your game:D I'll be looking out for any future projects (or updates to this one wink wink)

Top tier game on the appstore. Everything an RPG and Fantasy fan could want in a mobile game. No pay to win garbage, no microtransations, just pure videogame goodness. My ONLY complaint so far is I wish the hitboxes for the map was a bit expanded. Not being able to walk up right next to some objects or walls is a bit annoying, but that complaint is completely engulfed in the shadow of an epic experience. So far this game is nothing short of a masterpiece. And apparently developed by one dude.

Absolutely amazing game. Sent me back to the 90s style rpgs. Amazingly well done, it's obvious that whoever made this actually plays and likes games like this. All the little details from the ease of use of the UI, awesome storyline, well thought out spells, and abilities. (Note for Developer: Stun locking is little OP. Warrior and mage combo can be pretty fierce when you have 3 of each and both are focused on stuns.) I would put this game on the same shelf as Baldurs Gate 2, Well done!
