Affirmations from our therapists that provide encouragement for practical everyday situations. And journaling to help you process your thoughts & emotions.

This is not therapy, but it can be a great supplement to therapy, providing helpful exercises. Work through self guided education, self analysis, visualizations, and breathing exercises related to various life issues.

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Subscriptions on Google Play are for an indefinite term, and you’ll be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle according to your subscription terms (for example, weekly, annually, or another period), unless you unsubscribe.

Make sure to sign in to the Google Account that has your subscriptions. Contact support.google.com to cancel an existing subscription.

A new and improved Refocus Now App version with additional therapeutic categories, including DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Everyone can use therapy and meditation for a variety of reasons. But in between sessions, we still need tools to manage our day to day life. You can find included in this app - visualizations and guided therapeutic exercises, meditation, affirmations & encouragement, and journaling. We hope you enjoy this Biblically based therapeutic app!
