Every day, we will offer you meal suggestions (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and nighttime snack) adapted to your physical constitution and with the sole purpose of achieving an optimal state of health.
Start by taking measurements with your tape measure:

--->> Perimeter or circumference of the chest (passing the tape under the armpits).
--->> Perimeter or circumference of the abdomen (at the level of the navel).
You also need to know your weight. Then, enter this data into the application.
It is essential that you enter your Physical Activity Level:
--->> Sedentary: little or no regular physical activity.
--->> Light: light physical activity or occasional exercise.
--->> Moderate: regular physical activity or moderate exercise.
--->> Active: intense physical activity or vigorous exercise several times a week.
--->> Very Active: high level of daily physical activity or frequent intense training.
With all the data entered, you will be able to access:
--->> Evaluation: with your health diagnosis, constitution, type of recommended diet and suggested exercise.
--->> Today's Menu: to learn about our meal proposals and stay healthy.
--->> Morning Menu: plan your meals for the next day in advance.
--->> Not to be missed: discover the essential ingredients and elements for your diet plan.
Additionally, you have the functionality to record your measurements daily or as often as you wish using the < Save >, < List > and < Delete > buttons, giving you full control to track your specific goals.
