typically pretty easy to use but it's very annoying that every time I open the app it tries to get me to get insurance. I've said no every time. I also paid my rent and it said it would take 1-2 days to process through but it's been 3 days now and nothing is appearing in my bank account. all other transactions I've made have shown up

In App is requiring an "update". I click on it and it takes me to the Android Store where I can either uninstall or open. The app is up to date. When filling maintenance requests, it is impossible to upload a picture or video that was previously taken. It will ONLY do photos or videos that are taken THROUGH the app AND it will not do more than one. Period. Just one. Sometimes two or three pictures are required to give a useful visual to the people on the other end.

This is one of the worst payment apps I've ever seen. It doesn't matter whether you click save payment source or not, because not only will it make you reverify your account by logging into your bank *every single payment* but if you happen to switch out of the app and go back into it, you might also have to reverify your account. I have only had this app for about a week, and it has already made me verify my bank account over 8x. Also it keeps trying to sell you overpriced renter's insurance.
