For a basic app, it doesn't do the basics well: There is a persistent upsell popup that asks you if you want to complete it now, later or never. I have always chosen the Never option but it ALWAYS reappears. Autopay didn't work but it didn't send an immediate message , just one that said it was "late" when it wasn't late.

Edit: Since I left my review, the problem has been resolved and I was able to purchase insurance through the app so I have no complaints... Original review: Insurance option doesn't work. I'd like to add renters insurance but when I click on the option to enter my information, the page flashes up for a second and disappears. If I refresh, it does the same thing and I've been checking for a few months. There's literally no way to get past this. Otherwise the app has been fine.

In App is requiring an "update". I click on it and it takes me to the Android Store where I can either uninstall or open. The app is up to date. When filling maintenance requests, it is impossible to upload a picture or video that was previously taken. It will ONLY do photos or videos that are taken THROUGH the app AND it will not do more than one. Period. Just one. Sometimes two or three pictures are required to give a useful visual to the people on the other end.

If you search RentRedi in the Play store, tap into the full app page and the update button should appear.
