very bad application when it comes to user experience. The app is very slow, and sometimes I need to do the transaction several times for it to work. If I compare it to SabNet app, the latter is much faster and reliable. I am seriously considering to move to another bank because of the app performance.

I'm having problems to navigate - adding beneficiaries, registering the beneficiaries and transfer to registered beneficiaries... The system is, in my opinion, not quite user friendly and difficult to reach support to assist!!

Very slow and laggy app. Not efficient for business banking. Needs serious performance improvement. Basic functions take too long to load, which makes business transactions frustrating.
