very bad application when it comes to user experience. The app is very slow, and sometimes I need to do the transaction several times for it to work. If I compare it to SabNet app, the latter is much faster and reliable. I am seriously considering to move to another bank because of the app performance.

Very slow and laggy app. Not efficient for business banking. Needs serious performance improvement. Basic functions take too long to load, which makes business transactions frustrating.

Excellent bank and excellent customer support in English too. Much suitable bank for tech entrepreneurs and tech ventures.
