This upgrade is awful I loved the old mobile banking app, had no issues with it. Now, I can't use the mobile check deposit because it won't allow my camera to focus and logging in takes inputting your password at least once because it gets stuck on the opening page. Please fix this like, yesterday. I don't even know what bugs it fixed because it works far worse than before.
Terrible update What is the point of having a mobile app if it takes you to a clearly non mobile website layout when you go to pay bills? I was scrolling all over a giant clunky screen to pay a bill when it used to be a nice simple lay out. This is all of a suddenly super frustrating to operate from a mobile device. Swing and a miss on this one.. holy crap. Is there a fix for this or what is going on??
Was brilliant, now awful A new design/color scheme wouldn't be a problem, but it came with a massive reduction in functionality. Please at least revert to the old app until the new version is functional. PLEASE. The app is a huge reason I love Bell Bank. This is the first time I've ever considered switching banks but I may do so if this isn't fixed by the end of the month.
No way to correct wrong information. Wrong pictures & wrong job listing for my personal contacts. My other half got a new # which is still connected to someone else. Also my nephew picture comes up with all 800 #s. Please advise how to make correction thank you
Step backwards I keep getting told that all the features we used to have in the old app are coming very soon. Here's a novel idea, don't release half baked apps. Get everything working before you release it. BTW bring back text banking.
Terrible update The latest update is horrible. It doesn't open half the time and gets stuck on the loading screen for a very long time. I am all for more security, but there are obvious kinks that need to be ironed out. Please fix this!!
