No way to correct wrong information. Wrong pictures & wrong job listing for my personal contacts. My other half got a new # which is still connected to someone else. Also my nephew picture comes up with all 800 #s. Please advise how to make correction thank you
Terrible update The latest update is horrible. It doesn't open half the time and gets stuck on the loading screen for a very long time. I am all for more security, but there are obvious kinks that need to be ironed out. Please fix this!!
Terrible Redesign Whoever designed your user experience either never has used a banking app or never asked a current customer what would be nice. You made you new app harder to use! I love change. I just hate change that makes things less user friendly. I mean really!!! You didn't even get this set up so I can easily log in on my phone! I have to register my device again??? What about the use of a pin or shape password. Ugh
Terrible update What is the point of having a mobile app if it takes you to a clearly non mobile website layout when you go to pay bills? I was scrolling all over a giant clunky screen to pay a bill when it used to be a nice simple lay out. This is all of a suddenly super frustrating to operate from a mobile device. Swing and a miss on this one.. holy crap. Is there a fix for this or what is going on??
This upgrade is awful I loved the old mobile banking app, had no issues with it. Now, I can't use the mobile check deposit because it won't allow my camera to focus and logging in takes inputting your password at least once because it gets stuck on the opening page. Please fix this like, yesterday. I don't even know what bugs it fixed because it works far worse than before.
M I'm not a fan it shows everything I have, like my CD's I don't want to see that. It also doesn't log you out like the old one did that was my favorite feature. It forced you to log in if your phone goes black or take a call
