With InternConnect Interns not only find internships but also gives them access to a community of other aspiring interns. The community has an online moderator that actively initiates discussions and answers a variety questions. Other features that come with the online community are the following:

• A Resource Hub of everything you could ever need as an intern. Examples of great resumes, practice interviews, things to look for in a well-established internship, personality tests (Meyer Brigs), testimonials of internships, common mistakes or things to know as a new intern, a list of items an intern should have before applying, a list of useful tips, and FAQs.

• A Calendar of events that relate to aspiring interns. Such as virtual career fairs. Deadlines of internship applications, workshops, and other key dates.

• Another feature is the Year-Round Virtual Career Fair. This is where the aspiring interns can communicate to recruiters that use InternConnect as a place to find intern candidates. Recruiters sign up and are able to interact with the interns on the app as well. They can make posts to the community that they have job openings or when they are going to be accepting applications.
