As a supplemental study material to the books, this app is great! There are hundreds of unique questions to test yourself on, and you can do a little bit every day. However, it is very inconsistent with its math questions. Often, the answers to the questions asked expect you to round your numbers, with no indication that they expect you to do so, or by how much. It is immensely frustrating. Still, the app helped me pass my Class 2 Water Supply Exam, and I intend to use again for my Class 3!

Purchased moduals prior to the app update, spent about $60+ on all water treatment. After the update, i am now being forced to spend another $60+ for the same modules on a subscription basis AND the questions don't even rotate. They're all the same. I hate the new update. If I've already paid for full access why should I be forced to pay for it again.

Useful, but hit and miss on the accuracy. Some of the answers are simply wrong, others lack necessary information to find the answer and, as another reviewer noted, there seems to be no set rule on how mathematical answers are rounded. This needs to be addressed, especially if AWWA expects people to pay to use the app.
