The platform includes LLM-assisted goal and GAS generation (without sending identifiable patient data), secure 1:1 messaging between doctors and patients (with optional file sharing), and features such as reminders, scheduling, and confidential clinician notes (hidden from patients). Patients use a dedicated mobile app to complete onboarding, fill assigned questionnaires using accessible modalities (touch/voice/communication board), view assigned plans, and submit self-monitoring updates according to the clinician-defined frequency.
TailorPath is built as a secure cloud-based standalone system (with future interoperability options), emphasizing encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and strict role-based access control.
