Well ,that's really frustrating to deal with this Total Play company and the app ! I have paid my bill by 29th of July via my bank card and they are now sending me msgs that I have to pay for what I already paid . Tried to solve this through the app but after I downloaded and putted my phone number digits it just says that they don't have my number in the system and that's basically all . NO options of starting the session or any other way where I could put my contract number to check info/chat

App is crashing at startup since last update a couple of weeks ago. This is displaying HTML tags and webview sources stuff directly on 1st page with only a button allowing to quit... Just sent an email to support team 2025-08-25

fix the problem "error en la red" inhave Internet and theres no option to bypass the message but to open network settings or close the app that does absolutely nothing.
