This program is fantastic. I've tried many other programs in the last 8 years and have been to pelvic floor pt for several stretches of time. Nothing has ever given me the tools I needed like this. I'm having no pain with activities that used to leave me hurting for days and I'm feeling so much stronger already even after week 4. I was worried the workouts would be too long but they go by so quickly. I love all the reminders for good form and the education Caroline provides.

I absolutely love these workouts. Carolyn is a pelvic floor genius.. I spent hundreds at pelvic floor physiotherapy only to get much better results with this program. if you have a tiny bit of discipline and can commit to following a program you will see results. the app does have its quirks but I'm not complaining. excellent app!

I havent made it through this program yet, but it seems to be well designed and Im hoping that its helpful. The reason I rate it a 3/5 so far is because I have been unavoidably requested to rate each individual 1-2 minute video 20 times so far, and it feels like a form of feedback torture. So here's your feedback: it's annoying af.
