Sign in with your Google account – no extra passwords to remember. Your role is assigned automatically.

👥 Three Roles, One Workflow

Owner – Full control: add/edit/delete apps, manage managers & shared users, view all test records.

Manager – Edit app details, view test history. Cannot delete apps.

Shared User – Test apps, record completion with the automated timer.

⏱️ Automated Testing Timer
The app monitors foreground usage (last 5 minutes). After 2 minutes (120 seconds) of active use, a “Save Test” button appears. Tap it to record your test for the day – then the app card shows “✓ Tested for today”. No more reminders until tomorrow.

📅 Test History, Grouped by Date
Owners and managers see expandable cards that show who tested each app and at what time – perfect for audits and progress tracking.

🔗 Join Any App with an App ID
Owners and managers can copy a unique App ID from any app card. Share it with anyone. They simply tap the JOIN button (bottom‑right), paste the ID, and become a tester instantly – no manual email adding needed.

📱 Offline‑First & Seamless Sync
The app works offline for reading usage stats. When internet is restored, data syncs automatically. A blocking “No Internet” dialog appears if you lose connection and disappears when you’re back online.

🧹 Leave or Delete Apps

Shared users and managers can leave an app (red cross button) – your email is removed from that app’s access list.

Owners can permanently delete an app – all test records are also removed.

For managers, the first step (app details) is skipped – they edit only managers and shared users.
