Depending on your profile, you will have access to advice and exercises to reduce your menopause symptoms among 20 most common perimenopause and menopause symptoms (hot flashes, anxiety, insomnia, joint pain, weight gain, sexual health, transit disorders , memory problems, hair loss, etc.).
The application contains more than 800 tips of different kinds: nutrition, relaxation (meditations, sophrology, breathing exercises), physical activity and sports sessions specially designed for perimenopause and menopause disorders (yoga, pilates, hormonal yoga, fitness ...), sexology, psychology... It's up to you to choose the themes that you like!
In the "Messaging" tab, you can ask questions anonymously to gynecologists, sexologists, dieticians, psychologists and naturopaths who will respond to you within a maximum of 3 days.
The application also includes a lot of information on perimenopause and menopause: more than 80 explanatory articles written by doctors to help you understand your body and your health during this period of hormonal transition. The aim of these articles is to compensate for the lack of quality information given to women who are wondering about this period of their lives.
