Can't access the app beyond making an account and logging in, the only other option is the free trial and subscribtion

I have had quite a lot of problems accessing this app since i paid for it. The help desk can't find my information even though i sent it as a picture. I bought the app to be able to "read" to my daughter while I can't speak as I've had surgery on my vocal cords. Now the app hasn't been accessible for a week since i notified help desk. Not great... The app in itself is ok but I haven't been able to pause in the middle of a page, I always have to restart at the top of a page.

Like the concept, easy to use app and looks good on a tablet. Issue is lack of content and quite a high price for monthly subscription with no guarantee of future content added. As most of the books can be found for free in local library don't see the need to pay
