Great app but crashes constantly We loved driving around the island with this app. It explained so much history and culture about the areas and offered places to pull off and explore. The problem is that it it will be playing fine one minute, then will go mute. You need to uninstall then reinstall then re-download the tour. We needed to so this about 6 times in 3 days. Very annoying and often times you're in places without cell service so you need to wait before reinstalling and downloading.

Don't bother with the app. Just read the book and take it with a grain of salt. We just got back from our 3rd trip to Oahu, and I replied to every location as we had a really different experience from our last visits and from what the app said. The app needs to allow more characters for meaningful replies. I highly do NOT recommend this app, which is really disappointing since we've loved the books in the past.

I found the app helpful across two trips to Hawaii in that I certainly discovered places I would not have otherwise and that the app assisted with trip planning long before the actual trips occurred. Should we return to Hawaii at some point in the future, I would definitely reacquire this app and I am only dropping the subscription now given it will likely be years before we return. I do wish the app had more functionality when cell service and/or wifi was not available (only drawback I noted).
