About this app

YOOL is a property marketplace designed to help people find homes and real estate across Somalia.

With YOOL, you can:

• Browse homes, apartments, rooms, hotels and other property listings
• Search by city, area, property type and price
• View photos, prices, locations and property details
• Save listings you are interested in
• Contact property owners or agents directly
• Create and manage your own property listings
• Use in-app chat to discuss properties

YOOL brings property seekers, owners and agents together in one simple platform. Whether you are looking to buy, rent or advertise a property, YOOL helps you explore available options and connect with the right people.

Listings and information are provided by users and property representatives. Always verify property details, ownership and payment arrangements before completing a transaction.

What’s new

Shared hotel chat connects customers, hotel owners and YOOL management in one conversation. Messages identify the sender, with private conversations for each customer and hotel.
