Ratings and reviews

App crashes consistently. If you leave the app and comeback to it, it logs you out. Many of the links in the app take you out of the app to a web browser. Requires login every time. The fingerprint login doesn't work at all. The app looks like it would be helpful if it didn't crash and I didn't have to type my password in every time.

After updating to the current app version, I can't log in. Every time I try, it takes my password and then spins and puts me back to the log in screen. I'm on vacation currently and was using the previous version to track daily activities and restaurants and now am unable to do that for the rest of vacation.

An absolute joke of an app. Even the staff say you shouldn't use the app for most bookings. Pair it with the incredibly slow and spotty wifi on resort and you're left with one of the most useless apps. Reservation times don't show up. Excursion details and availability are wrong. If you manage to make a reservation it doesn't show up in your account but tells you that only one reservation is allowed in the app. Sandals should be embarrassed that this is their offering.
