Horrible app for several reasons: NOT intuitive, gave directions but missing several key points, I entered an address and the app kept inputting my gps location. One good thing is that they did solve the issues relatively quickly otherwise I would have given it a zero if I could. It would be easier just to go down to the title office and hand the check over. Very frustrating.

I downloaded this app to make an earnest money payment. It is truly an awful app and the one star reviews are well deserved. The UI is poor, which is not that big of a deal to me, but the central issue is that it simply does not work. Every time I go to take a photo of the check for the deposit, one of three things happen: 1) The camera doesn't open and an error message pops up, 2) The camera loads and then an error message pops up, 3) The camera loads, snaps a photo and then crashes.

Read all of the reviews. Decide to install it and see for myself. Went to register, it forces you to acknowledge and agree to their terms... however they don't provide any links to the terms on the registration page. What exactly am I agreeing to? Oh, I know... to uninstall the app. It was more important to show all the patent numbers they had than the actual terms.
