About this app

AppMgr (also known as App 2 SD) is a new design app that provides the following components:
★ Archive apps: archive apps to save storage on your Android device. Android 15+ only
★ Move apps: moves apps to either internal or external storage to get more available app storage
★ Hide apps: hides system (built-in) apps from the app drawer
★ Freeze apps: freeze apps so they won't use any CPU or memory resources
★ App manager: manages apps for batch uninstalling, moving apps, or sharing apps with friends

Move apps

Don't you care about all the apps your carrier adds to Android? Well, now you can get rid of them! This component lets you hide system (built-in) apps from the app drawer.

Freeze apps
You can freeze apps so they won't use any CPU or memory resources and consume zero battery. It's good for you to freeze apps that you would like to keep in the device, but don't want them to run or be uninstalled.

Permissions
• WRITE/READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: use to export/import the apps list
• GET_PACKAGE_SIZE, PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS: get the size information of apps
• BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: this app uses Accessibility services to automate the function (e.g. clear cache, move apps), optional. It helps those who have difficulty tapping and complete the task easier
• WRITE_SETTINGS: prevent the screen rotation during the automatic function
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: draw a wait screen above other apps during the automatic function

Ratings and reviews

You have GOT to chill with the ads, especially the full-screen ones. I've tried to use the turbo clean option several times, and each time, I've gotten UNSKIPPABLE ads that refuse to leave the screen or let me go back to cleaning storage space. This is unacceptable. I'm using the free version with ads because I genuinely don't have the money to GET ad-free, but if this keeps up I'm deleting the damned thing altogether.

This application is incredible, I've had it (the free version) for years and I always bring it to my new devices. But about a year or so ago I bought the pro version, It's very low cost and a one time payment, no subscription required! it was worth the few dollars to make the app even more convenient and more useful and more time saving. The app has easily paid for itself many times over! 5 stars. I highly recommend it. This is a must have app to keep your device running smoothly and optimal!

I don't get this. I've tried moving some of my apps to my sd card and I get the "failure to find" error, went to Accessibility settings and fixed that, changed settings to automatically move- doesn't work. So I try moving each individually and I get a box telling me to go to settings for each app, hit 'storage' then click 'change'. THERE IS NO CHANGE CHOICE ANYWHERE!
