worst banking app i have ever seen, i can open an account when it asks me to add full name while it won't allow you to edit and it only scans the national ID through NFC . what a brilliant dev who made the app !!

Despite it's good reputation and history, here are very constructive notes of both the Bank and the App: 1. Application Kurdish Langauge is poor. 2. The App has stopped working now! 3. The App is not very user friendly. 4. The bank is merely traditional and does not offer much to its clients and, we as clients feel sidelined! 5. The bank fails to compete any offers. Competing others. I personally wish the best for the team and look forward for developments matching other local/regional banks.

The app I've encountered is extremely frustrating. It hardly qualifies as a functional banking application since it merely consists of a few buttons that generate error msgs upon clicking. I can't even view my transactions, which is quite disappointing. Honestly, there's nothing useful that can be gleaned from this app. To make matters worse, I had to pay $26 for the username and password just to use it. I have decided to uninstall the app and close my bank account with this unsatisfactory bank!
