Wait Table is a waitlist and table management app built for restaurant hosts.

GUEST CHECK-IN
Guests can add themselves to the waitlist from a self-service kiosk screen, or by scanning a QR code — entering their name, phone number, optional seating preference, and party size. They're texted a confirmation when they join, and again the moment their table is ready.

HOST DASHBOARD

Queue: see and manage everyone currently waiting, in real time
Tables: a visual floor plan where you set each table's seating type, so guests can choose their preference when joining the waitlist
Stats: track wait times and traffic patterns
SYNC ACROSS DEVICES
Every device connected to your venue shares the same live waitlist — run Kiosk check-in at the door on one tablet while Host manages the queue from another at the desk, or have multiple staff working the floor from their own devices, all staying in sync automatically.

SECURITY
Set a PIN on setup that's required every time you switch between the guest-facing Kiosk screen and the staff-only Host dashboard, so a guest device can never accidentally end up with access to management tools.
