honestly this would have been a five-star review, getting the tickets was easy, the problem was parking and some of the ancillary things dealing with the Rose bowl, it would have been nice if after we bought the tickets someone would have mentioned the specific peculiarities of the Rose bowl and could have referred you to their website to look at all of their rules and regulations instead of customer detective work, I would correct that, otherwise, good job!☺️👍🤘

I purchased parking along with my ticket to a recent event. The lot appeared to be across from the event, though the address would have indicated otherwise. When I got to the lot it was a 20 minute walk to the venue. Also, it had plenty of empty spots and was only charging $20 to park, I paid $100 on Stubhub. The lot across from the venue also had spots and it was only $40 to park. Not cool.

would not recommend, used it once, never got my tickets, they were trying to blame me despite providing evidence, the fan protect was not able to get me a ticket, missed my event. But able to get a refund but missed event and had a lot of stress from ordeal. would give 0 stars if was an option. Maybe it was a rare occurrence but that was my horrible experience, talking to AI bots then it was already too late when I finally talked to a human.
