Ratings and reviews

The app “works,” but that’s about the only good thing I can say about it. I was double-charged for a ticket, and when I tried to resell it, things got even worse. I followed every instruction to transfer the ticket back to the buyer, but the app still says I never completed the transfer. Now I’m stuck in limbo with a ticket I can’t use and money I shouldn’t have spent. This platform is unreliable and frustrating to use. I will never use StubHub again.

Couldn't see my tickets. Makes you transfer them to ticket master and they didn't show on there either. 3 hours before concert time isn't enough time to get issues cleared up if they arise. First time this happened to me, I was late getting into the concert. Second time, the ticket scanner employee just let us go in after seeing my email confirmation but the tickets never appeared.

Purchase and transfer process are great, but resale system was a nightmare. I couldn't put my tickets on resale and I had to sell them out of the system When I contacted the chat and transfer to an Agent, they were not able to solve my issue. I tried 3 times (the first 2 said it was not possible due to restrictions of the system that were out of their control and the 3rd person that helped me with screen shots and follow up asked me for 72hrs to give me the answer. However, I never received it.
