Every single time I try to log into this app with the fingerprint enabled, it tells me I must use my password and log in with fingerprint next time. And then it doesn't recognize my password, so I have to go through all the hoops to reset it, turn the fingerprint back on. Rinse and repeat. Absolutely terrible login experience that desperately needs to be fixed.

I was able to install it once, but forgot the password. Everything the new password never entered the app. Uninstalled & reinstalled and now it won't accept the password though it contains an uppercase, several lowercase, special character and numbers. No one to call or contact.
