Do not buy from here! Absolute worst customer experience. It has been nearly 2 months since I placed my order. Every single week I follow up, only to receive scripted, repetitive responses. No one is taking quick action to solve this. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Total waste of time and money.

I ordered two products on May 30th—one via Cash on Delivery (COD) and the other prepaid. The COD order was delivered after 15 days, but the prepaid order has been stuck in the "processing" stage for over a month now with no updates. Every time I speak to customer care, they promise to prioritize the delivery, but they have been saying this for 15 days. Please do not waste your money and time; this is not a reliable app.

Misleading Promises of delivery and wastage of money I had placed an order on the 22nd July 2026. It was clearly mentioned on the checkout page that it would be shipped within 2-3 days. I tried to connect on the 23rd July hoping to know the order status, i was never connected to the customer support. On 24th July they finally connect and tell me that it'd take 20 days to just ship the order. Had this been informed at the time of order delivery, I never would've ordered it in the first place.
