This is the worst shopping app I have ever used. 1. the main reason - they are not taking reviews on their website 2. the pictures on the app are clicked in good lights and with lots of filters that the original products look very cheap against the high price you are paying. you can get the same thing under 2000 from a different app. 3. I ordered 4 items in one go and the delivery date was within 7 days and I got my complete order delivered after 25 days. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my order placed on your website around one month ago. Unfortunately, my order is still showing as “pending” with no updates provided till date. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer support through calls, emails, and messages, I have received no response from your side. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Due to this unresolved issue, I am also unable to place any new orders, kindly look into it asap..

Worst Experience with Aachho I placed my order on 26th December, and it has still not been delivered. Every time I call customer service, they give me a new dispatch date. Their maximum delivery timeline is 45 working days, which ended on 10th February, yet my product has neither been shipped nor delivered. Whenever I check the status with the app of delivery partner, it shows that the order pickup was cancelled by the seller. They have not refunded my money they only offers gift card.
