This is by far the worst online shopping app I have ever used. I received a completely incorrect size—instead of the ordered size, they delivered something that literally fits a kid. On top of that, the quality is extremely poor, nothing like what was shown in the pictures. Customer support is non-existent. No one picks up calls No response to emails No reply to tickets I have shared product images and tried every possible way to get an exchange, but they simply don’t respond. Money waste.

Very bad app! There is no option to cancel an order, no customer service available, and they don’t provide any information. They don’t respond to emails or even answer calls. My product was never delivered. I tried to cancel the order, but I haven’t received any refund or any update about whether the cancellation was successful or not. Very poor experience!

Very disappointed with my purchase from Aachho. After waiting nearly two months, I received a completely different suit than what I had ordered. To make things worse, there has been no response from customer support despite multiple attempts to contact them. Highly unprofessional experience. Buyers, please be cautious before ordering from this seller.
