Worst experience with Accho Ethnic App. It has been over a month since I placed and prepaid my order, yet the status still shows “not fulfilled.” There has been absolutely no proper support from the customer service team regarding either delivery or refund. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend

Worthless commercial place for shopping taking a month to deliver and when cancelling then taking more than a week with no update. The support is unreachable with an AI BOT just to frustrate you more giving false responses. Do not buy anything from them unless you have money and time both to waste. Really down market support and delivery team.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !! nonsense brand/website/app. very poor response, zero cummunication. very very long delivery time. do not waste your time with aachoo, ever !! i made the mistake and I'm now struggling to get my order and contact them for a month now ! these people will escalate your issue and you'll still be waiting for ever a month !! useless app, useless support !
