It helps sales staff work faster in the market, even with limited connectivity, by keeping essential master data available offline and making it easy to create, review, and export orders.

- Secure sign-in using your organization’s configured server (User ID and related configuration codes).
- Client & product access: view client/customer lists, areas/cities, and product catalog received from your backend.
- Sales order workflow: create new orders, save drafts, and review posted/confirmed orders (as supported by your backend).
- Offline-first operation: stores required datasets and drafts on your device so you can continue working without internet and sync when available.
- Reports & insights: view daily performance reports and summaries (based on your server data).
- Export & sharing: generate CSV exports and open/share them using your device’s sharing options.
- Optional location tracking (if enabled by your organization and you grant permission): captures precise location and uploads it for operational tracking/assignment workflows.
- App updates & integrity checks: reads version/update information from a remote configuration service.

Permissions & transparency
BD App requests only the permissions needed for the features you use:

- Location (optional): used only for operational tracking when you enable location features.
- Storage/files (Android, optional): used to create/open/share export files (e.g., CSV) and support offline storage.
- Network access: required to connect to your configured backend and required services.
