There are never any new shifts added. Even tho facilities tell me they called to add them. It is generic, as in simple and unable to add any additional states based on your license. The pay is way less then any other means. It would be in your best interest to do the extra paperwork and get the higher pay. Don't forfeit $15/hr just to use an app.

The App is great and user friendly, however I have had several shifts canceled and also not confirmed. When I go back in to check for additional shifts after I have been told that selected shifts were filled, I see that the same shifts I selected are still listed as open.

Have you jump thru hoops couldnt get thru registration was informed to contact tech support etc just to find out no shifts near me. Yall need to fix this app and stop wasting ppls time! You should be able to see from the home screen if you offer shifts for a specific area instead of having to go thru multiple processes for nothing. 👎🏾👎🏾
