About this app

VAP is an agricultural value chain management application for cooperative unions: from growing areas, household farming logs, input procurement inspection, to batch inventory and distribution to retail stores.

The application is for members and staff of cooperatives that have joined the VAP platform. Each account only sees data within its assigned scope.

MAIN FEATURES

FARMING LOG (households, technical staff)

• Log activities directly in the field according to 10 types of activities: planting, irrigation,

fertilization, plant protection/preparations, pruning and care, recording pests and diseases, treatment measures, field inspection, harvesting, and other activities.

• Attach field photos taken directly or select from the library.

• Record pests and diseases and treatment measures.

• View, edit, and delete recorded logs; view details of the crop season and the entire timeline of farming activities.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
• In areas where signal is often lost — VAP allows creating logs with photos even when the network is down.

• Logs and photos are securely stored on the device, automatically synchronized to the system when the connection is restored, in the correct order and without interruption.

• Login sessions are saved locally, so the app can still be opened offline.

PURCHASING & INSPECTION (Purchasing officers, technicians, warehouse managers, cooperative managers)

• List of purchase orders, received in warehouse, and rejected.

• View products, actual received quantity, and

• Record inspection conclusions (pass/fail) directly on the phone; automatically reject batches that fail.

• Confirm warehouse receipt and generate batch codes for traceability.

WAREHOUSE & SUPPLY (Store owners, store managers)

• Daily revenue and invoice number

• Detailed inventory by batch and warehouse, including unit of measurement.

• Create internal requisition requests for multiple products.

• Monitor the status of ongoing requisition requests.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The home screen displays indicators for the growing region, current production season, recorded logs, logs requiring inspection, purchase order number, batches awaiting inspection, and daily revenue.
