ABB have stopped responding to customer feedback. We had the Wallbox installed in September 2021 in our garage. Here are the issues: the app refuses to connect to the wallbox using bluetooth if you don't have an active internet connection. Good luck if you are one of those customers who has an underground garage. Despite being plugged into the car, the wallbox will switch off after a certain period of non-activity, good luck if you own a modern EV that let's you configure a departure time and intelligent charging and pre-conditioning of the vehicle. If you own a modern phone like a Pixel 5 the top section of the app is cut off. Certain icons are tiny (red dot for bluetooth) so you don't see them animate while trying to connect to the wallbox. You get updates but you have no idea what is being updated or what new features have been added. You cannot connect to the wallbox through wifi. They have ceased responding to email. The app doesn't follow material you design principles on Android. Save your money. Don't buy the ABB Terra AC and don't install this app. The wallbox works only as "dumb" charger with an rfid card. But don't expect smart features. And don't expect development decision in line with 2022 and making the life of the customer easier. Works but with massive flaws. Regret going with ABB.

Totally disappointed. Was looking for best connectivity. It had BT, WiFi. But you can not connect and see charge status over internet! Why I need than WiFi? It is not in use. Yes, you can try see some info (useless) over internet through ChargerSync portal, but what a news! Than you can not connect and see information in phone app using Bluetooth 🤣🤣🤣. This charger goes back and it's waste of money. You get name and zero functionality. Don't buy ABB charge for home use.

I cannot reconfigure the Energy Plan. Every time I click on it, the app window disappears. All other functions work fine, but not Energy Plan. Anyone else have this issue ? Otherwise the app is ok/average. At least two other features need to be improved as a priority. 1. Should not logout of the app regularly 2. Allow connection to the charger via WiFi (and not only Bluetooth)
