I selected United States of America as my country. Then the only state option provided is Puerto Rico... I csnt do anything else. So this app is useless. You would think a major pharmaceutical would have a better working app. This is all happening while I've been on hold for 38 minutes...

Thanks for your feedback. The app is only available for those prescribed AbbVie products outside of the US. This includes Puerto Rico, where Spanish is the local preferred language. We have updated the description of the App. For those prescribed AbbVie products in the US, COMPLETE – Medication Tracker is an available option

every time I want to use it I have to delete cache or reinstall the app

ask you to select a state and the only one available is Puerto rico. when you click on it the only language available in Spanish
