Useless First I had trouble getting my drugstore set as default - very difficult to navigate. I was finally able to figure where I needed to be - where it said Refill Prescriptions. So I tried to refill a prescription. Surely I would log in there. Nope - a notification tells me that my Good Neighbor drugstore cannot refill using this app - it's not set up to do so. I think my pharmacist didn't want to put his customers though the aggravations of using this damn app.
I don't like that I have to scan my meds every time I need to refill. My medication list should populate from the pharmacy just like the Thrifty White app. I refuse to enter in 25+ medications my self.
Had worked great for months, but froze after I had typed in my refills. Rebooted and tried again. Froze again. Called in my refills and continue to feel frustrated.
not a very good app. constantly gets stuck in certain windows then has to be closed and started again. sometimes it lets u scan all meds then when you submit, it doesn't but doesn't let you know it wasn't sent. also needs to have a backup option so you don't need to input all information again when you reinstall the app.
Frustrating app Freezes and then nothing but a blank screen when trying to restart it.
Didn't hold script info history Why would I use an app that I have to manually add the script for renewal?
