Nanxiang Express's loyalty app has turned me into a devoted regular. Earning 1 point for $1 spent is such a smart and rewarding system. The $10 credit for $200 points is a fantastic incentive,and the double points on my birthday add an extra layer of excitement. It's perplexing to see low ratings for this app; maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it.For me, the perks outweigh any initial learning curve,and I'm delighted to be a loyal patron,especially for their scrumptious soup dumplings!

Pay button does not work. Cannot complete orders when using the app. No matter how many updates or different credit cards entered. Absolutely useless!

Nonfunctional app, wallet doesn't allow reload so cannot use the $10 promotion.
