Received a good support from the team to revive my subscription though bit late. I can understand it happens so my earlier impression has changed for now for better .. Thanks ..

This app is very unreliable. I've entered so many items already and it won't open! It's very frustrating because I cannot export the information either. DO NOT DOWNLOAD or you'll use your finance tracking!!! I had to go to Google Sheets instead and rewrite everything instead so ridiculous!! If there's a zero rating I'll use it to rate this app.

My 180-day subscription, which started on 12-04-2025, was ended by you on 26-09-2025—well before the actual expiry date. Why did this happen? Before the subscription even ended, I was blocked and unable to access my important data. Why? This is very urgent. I have not received any message, update, or response such as “we are working on it” or “it will take time.” There has been no communication at all. This reflects very poor customer service and feels like unfair money-taking practices.
