Ratings and reviews

Very bad for transferring money to other banks. It takes time before the person receives the money, if you're making an urgent transfer, don't use it. The customer care is fast but inefficient, if there is case of pending transfer due to network error, the money is not reversed back to you but later sent to the person you made the transfer to, very very bad.

My initial fear of using this app is now real! Since downloading it, my first attempt to use it results in a ban! Why? I'm being asked for a 4 Digit login pin whereas I signed up with 6 Digit login pin with no option of "Forgotten/Change Password! This is frustrating to say the least!

if there were to be zero star ⭐ I would have given this app, if you don't want to frustrated stay away from this app, they placed restriction on my account for not reason, and keep telling me to check my email which I have done countless times and there is nothing in the email , they are not allowing me to send out money from my account but I can send in money.
