HOW DOES IT WORK:

Ratings and reviews

This used to be one of best apps, at some point I was thinking of making it my salary account. But now ehnn...problem upon problem. First they changed the way you see transaction. if you want to track old transfers you would have to download statement and no longer from the app. The worst now is the app no longer opens easily, I'd have to close and open like 4 times before I can enter the app. I guess it's time to move to Moniepoint.

my experience with the app was good in the beginning but now it's worse. yeah Glo has issues but several other banking apps I have there's no issue with logging into them. pocket app outrightly says network error as this can go on for several days and then works for like 5mins. app that seems to have something against Glo. it's also annoying when you reach out to the team and they say you should change your network to be able use the app rather than solving the problem.

The promise of daily interest after transfers is very iffy. Some days they are paid, many other days, the system 'forgets' to pay it. And that may go on for days on end. Then after reporting and getting response, the trend basically continues- for over a month. Only good aspect is that the Customer service is quite prompt. I have to give them that.
