About this app

Keep your household accounts the way you keep them in a spreadsheet — on your
phone, with reminders.

Wallet Coach opens a sheet for every month. You list your credit cards, loans,
household bills, insurance, subscriptions and income. You tick things off as
they are paid and as they arrive. When the month ends, the next one copies it in
a single tap — with every tick cleared.

THE MONTHLY SHEET
• The blocks are yours: credit cards, loans, home, insurance and savings,
subscriptions, other spending, income. Reorder them, add your own, switch off
the ones you do not use.
• Every line carries an amount, a credit-card minimum, the day of the month it
falls due and a tick box.
• Enter a loan's final instalment or the month a commitment expires: the line
shows how long is left and stops copying itself forward once it ends.
• Paying a subscription with a card? Link the line to that card. The amount
stays visible but is never counted twice in the month's total.
• Every block reports how it moved against last month.

THE PANEL
• What is left at the end of the month, how much is paid, how much has not
arrived.
• A ring chart showing where the spending goes.
• Six months of money in against money out.
• "Has the income landed?", what falls due soon and which commitments end
shortly — tick them without leaving the list.

DUE-DATE CALENDAR
What is due on which day. Days with something on them are marked, overdue ones
are red.

RECEIVABLES AND PAYABLES
Who owes you, and who you owe. Company and personal accounts, VAT (inclusive or
exclusive), whether the invoice went out, part payments. Close it in one tap
when the money comes in.

ASSETS
A flat, a car, gold, currency, a fund — you set the estimated value yourself.
Add what you paid and you see the gain measured four ways: nominal, against
inflation, against holding dollars, against holding gold. Watching something
that gained on paper lose in real terms is the whole reason the distinction
exists.

BACKUP
Pick a folder once and the app writes the archive there itself — Drive, Files,
wherever you keep things. You can also save it as a single file and restore it
on a new phone.

EXPORT
Take any date range out as a PDF report or a spreadsheet.

PRIVATE MODE
Tap the eye in the corner and every figure disappears.

TOOLS
Turn a price into working hours, a wishlist, carry a past amount forward to
today, gross-to-net salary, a raise calculator and short pieces about money.

PRIVACY
No account, no sign-in, no ads. Your income, spending and assets never leave
your phone; back them up and they go only to the folder you chose.

The first two months are free. Later months, PDF and spreadsheet export,
unlimited assets and ledger accounts, and your own blocks come with Pro.
Reminders, the calendar, backup and private mode are open to everyone.
