Send the undertaker App is slow to respond. Can't zoom down onto nz, then app shuts down due to not responding. The place search didn't recognise my home town. The poor bugger needing an aed would be dead before you could find one.
Good, but could be better. Concept of the app is great. However I think a few things need tweaking. The nearest AED to my work is 0.5km away it a straight line, but that's about a 3km drive due to a railway line. The list view shows it as the closest. Be good to do a closest by road option to avoid dead ends in an emergency. Secondly the grouping unfeeling happens too soon and you have to zoom in too far to actually see where AEDs are located.
Outdated Do not rely on this. Hopelessly out of date. Pins in wrong locations and appears to be unsupported. Eg app developer has not added 2 aeds I provided details on almost a year ago.
It looked as if it could be good, but - Android 6 wouldn't let this user change the default setting of an app's screen overlay being present. That stops the user allowing the app to know the current location. Result = it's slow and clunky to use, either by manually zooming into the map from the "whole of NZ" view to where the user happens to be, or typing some suitable search criteria into a box which then has a choice of two different "go" buttons to click. And that proved a lengthy problem to solve. (Uninstalling ES File Explorer fixed the problem.) Now the app is great to use, with the map opening up rapidly on the current location. Good work!
Not much use if I I accept that it can use my location, but then takes me to a 'screen overlay' page Not very useful 🙃
Some shops and locations have run closed and there not 100% accurate. ASB Meadowbank is closed.
