The app loading time is very high. When I close the app and restart it, the log in section says I have to log in !!! Why Man !? Ok, after a few minutes it automatically logs in. Now another problem appears. Any magazine I open takes a lot of time to get fully loaded!!! Why!? Now don't say I have a network problem. Other OTT apps run smoothly. But whenever I open this app it never loads entirely !!! I became a customer in 2025. Last week I renewed my subscription. But the problem doesn't go away.

25/06/2026 - I have to sign in every single time I open the app, which is extremely frustrating. The phone sign-in often fails. The content itself is excellent, which makes the poor app experience even more disappointing. I hope the developers prioritize fixing these usability issues. 29/06/2026 - Phone sign-in issue was resolved with the help of the customer support team.

I have subscribed to the yearly plan of 499, but in the app it shows the economic subscription of 99. I can read the magazines, it says to update your plan by spending 399. The amount of 499 has been deducted from my bank account. It's my favourite app to read bengali magazines. It is very disappointing 😞😞 Thank you very much Aro ananda for solving my problem (13/05/2026).🥰🥰
