TERRIBLE! Why they need access to my contacts? Seems items can't be deleted anymore once entered. Why still no barcode on the postal slip? Please bring back the app as before. The current app has no value. Thai Post should respect users feedback and rating. When I posted my review the app had poor 2.4 stars, now 1.3 stars and that is a extremely poor rating. A week before it was at 2.4 stars. I'm sure you can do better.

This is the worst app available. The app crashes often and provides outdated information. Once you have added a parcel it doesn't update the delivery status automatically, and when you try to remove the parcel it just reappears, so you can't get an update.

The sender and recipient's mobile phone doesn't link with Thaipost agent's data. You have to input track&trace number manually one by one while in other courier apps it appears automatically.
