Ratings and reviews

Full of BUGS! Severely limited functionality. Impossible to use with biometric login on more than one device. Debit card purchase confirmations arrive days later instead of IMMEDIATELY, which makes them pretty much USELESS. Same WRONG data in statements 🤦and transaction history in the app. Doesn't support payments to Mauritius Telecom. Card is incompatible with Google wallet for NFC payments, and new ABSA pay doesn't work (no option to register card for ABSA pay)🤦🤦🤦

What the F. Did you update? Application taking ages to open! Keeps loading... Even your customer care not answering my account has been blocked!

Definitely room for improvement. One feature which is lacking and very inconvenient, is the integration of instant payments through MauCAS - It's very cumbersome to make instant interbank transfers through the app, as it asks too many details. The same process is done much more easily and less data entry on Juice, POP, and now blink by Emtel.
