About this app

Kerfli Cut Planner turns a list of required lengths into a practical cutting plan for pipe, bar stock, cable, profile, rebar, and other linear material. Set the stock length, blade kerf, start trim, and end trim, then see how each part fits before you cut.

• Add pieces one by one or paste a cut list

REUSE WORKSHOP OFFCUTS
Store remnants in Stock Vault with material, length, quantity, and rack location. When Stock Vault is enabled, Kerfli Cut Planner checks matching remnants before adding new stock. Finish a job to consume used remnants and save new leftovers of at least 100 mm for future plans.

KEEP JOBS ORGANIZED
Save and edit projects, enter an optional price per stock length, compare new-stock use with and without saved remnants, and share a plain-text cut report. Export or import a JSON backup containing projects and Stock Vault records.

QUICK CUT FOR MARKED MATERIAL
For manufacturer-marked pipe or cable, enter the current mark, required cut, stock-end mark, and marking direction. Kerfli Cut Planner calculates the target mark, available length, and remaining length.

MATERIALS AND UNITS
Use presets for steel pipe, PVC pipe, copper pipe, cable or wire, metal profile, rebar, or custom linear stock. Plan in metric or imperial units.

Kerfli Cut Planner performs its planning calculations offline and requires no account.
