About this app

The time between two appointments is at least as important as the personal contact between doctor and patient. With Patienta, the contact with your doctor does not end at the practice door: together with clinics and doctors, care plans are provided in the Patienta app. Care plans are a timed series of interactions between you and your healthcare provider. This recommends and enables you to participate in a specific care plan.

• The health data are pseudonymized outside the clinic.
• The health data is transmitted in encrypted form outside of the clinic.
• The clinic data remain in the protected clinic network.
• No user account is required to use the Patienta app.
• The data is transmitted via a GDPR-compliant server location in Germany.

Functions:
• Connection: With the help of the Patienta app, you can connect to the system of your treating doctor on site.
• Questionnaires: In the course of a connection, questionnaires can be sent to you, which you can conveniently answer in the app. The answers given can be viewed afterwards.
• Information: Information is provided that has been predefined by your treating doctor.
• Reminders: If you accept the push notifications, you will be reminded of upcoming events. This includes, among other things, questionnaires to be answered and new information.
Timeline: The timeline in the status overview gives you an overview of the progress in your supply plan. You can also access past events here.
