After reading reviews to go on this app for local service requests, I initially thought it would be much easier. Not at all. I would advise you to find any other way. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it is totally useless. When asked for the location of the issue, you can't choose or search anything. Call in the issue directly or email because this app won't help you get information to anyone.

Would be great if it worked. The app automatically signs out the user. Everytime time I try to sign in, a message appears saying there was an error. When I try to recover my password also an error message appears. This makes it impossible to submit several types of requests. Including but not limited to abandoned vehicles and street light problems. I see no reason to automatically sign out a user for this app.

I have found the GoCOS app entirely useless because of what appears to be a bug. My report will not let me add a location, which is required for submission of the report. In the location selection tool, the check looking location selection button won't do anything. I can give it gps coordinates, button does nothing. I gave it an address, nothing. Please fix it, y'all there's multiple large cracks spanning my street that have yet to be filled. Fix your app
