Available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere; you can quickly submit requests, report issues such as shelter graffiti, service issues, or ask a question.

App worked until it didn't. One day stopped taking my prompts for route # IDs and since then no matter the trouble shooting fails spectacularly. Not to mention that you want alerts for if a route is seeing road work or is shut down or not? Good luck getting it before the day of. This app is supposed to make life easier, instead for the reasons listed above the UI experience has become frankly? Frustrating.

When I open up the app, it gets stuck on a message that says it is "Initializing application... Retrieving site information" and it hasn't gotten past that after several restarts and leaving it for over an hour. I'm on Android 8.1 on an MUV Vortex. And lately it has felt like a vortex, but I doubt it's the phone's fault.

This app flags google security so bad it's forces you to recover the account. google doesn't save the password so when you try to log in the security system flags it thinking your someone else. i haven't been able to long in to this since i downloaded it
