In 3 simple steps, you can have immediate access to your account. However to perform banking transactions on this app, you will be required to use your authentication token issued by Access Bank. In the event you do not have an authentication token, please visit any Access Bank branch to obtain a transaction PIN.

This app is not working! I contacted the Nigeria CS, they said it's fine from their side, they told me to uninstall and reinstall that it's my network (It didn't work). I emailed the CS too, they did not reply message. This app Is a big mistake and I can never recommend it to anyone until they change it. It's been over two months and I can't access it. Would have rate it 0 if there was the option👎.

The new upgrade is horrid!!!!! I can't log in with my fingerprint anymore even though I could with the previous version. Sometimes, it decides not to work properly and on top of that, the interphase is not as cute as the former one. This might seem trivial, but the little things matter, cause they enhance comfort!!!! Which is what I'm clearly not getting.

I really do not have any problem with the app. I'm here to complain about the sms alert which doesn't write the full name of the beneficiary. It's funny how it writes my own full name (first name, surname and middle name) which is so unnecessary (first name and surname is okay) but only reserves three characters for the name of the beneficiary. Please fix this. Writing 3 characters/letters for the receiver's name doesn't really give credence to the alert wherever one wants to tender. Thank you
