I have been using this app for a while, and my only issue is that I can't report to the bank when an issue arises. There is a report feature available,but anytime I actually try and report it, it just keeps saying error permission denied. Please, if this can be fixed and looked into, I'd appreciate cus I would like my money to be refunded back to my account because I tried suscribing for airtime twice but it was unsuccessful and I was debited, Thank you.

After reading so many bad reviews about this new App, i prepared for the worst. But sincerely, after the download, logging was effortless. No doubt, the App looks a little complicated because of so many functions they bundled together, I believe it needs a little bit of playing around to get used to and hopefully the fastest finger won't block your account while doing so.

Access bank are the only forward thinking bank as regards Tech. Beautiful UI and experience. Not too chunky, not too loose. But get issues with fingerprint unlock, as it takes about a minute before responding only on this app. Regardless it's literally the best. Ps. It'd be better they work a lot on self help from the app, rather than choking up in the banks.
