Access Bank has the most useless mobile app I've ever used. Even to login to the app is an issue, it'll always say "an error has occured, please try again later". You'll have to keep trying and trying up to 20 times to login. I have to keep backup accounts in other banks like opay because I know how many times I've been stranded while trying to make a payment simply because this mobile app chose not to work. Sometimes it'll open and tell me I have no account with the bank whereas I have 3 acunts

I don't know what has been happening to my biometric login. It's says error when I try to use it and the my credentials are not available. I have tried deleting my fingerprint and enrolling it back but it just says the same thing all the time . I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but it doesn't work. I have made complaints but nothing happens. it getting annoying having to type my password anytime I want to do a transfer

This app has a lot of friction points, My biometric login settings never stay the same, it keeps resetting. I save beneficiaries today, it is not there tomorrow, The bank transfer feature is total rubbish. I have to first search for the bank and then input the number, numbers I have transferred to before cannot even show as suggestions when I'm inputting account numbers. Every other app out there is getting better, but I cannot say the same for yours. It's a shame
